The Stiftung für Schwerbehinderte Luzern SSBL has been working with the BASIC instrument for several years. Now the foundation commissioned sensiQoL to carry out a large overall evaluation. The satisfaction values of all seventeen quality of life categories were evaluated and analysed in the years of 2015, 2017 and 2020.
The final report of the overall evaluation was sent to the foundation today. Ther report not only shows how the satisfaction values of the entire institution have changed over the last few years, but also maps the changes in five individual institutions and, at a lower organisational level, even of around 30 departments and units. By explicit request, the satisfaction values were also linked to the different levels of care, which allows exciting conclusions to be drawn.
The final report contains clearly presented results in the form of meaningful graphics. These provide management with valuable information for understanding and future developments.
The assignment was highly exciting for our team in terms of content and expertise, but technically very demanding. We are very pleased with the experience we were able to gain in this project and thank the SSBL for the trust it placed in us.
